Gamevu's investigation into KRAFTON has confirmed that the contract dispute lawsuit with NetEase over “PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS” has now been settled.
KRAFTON recently finalized a settlement in its lawsuit with NetEase in the U.S. State Court of California over the contractual disputes related to “PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS.”
In March 2020, KRAFTON and NetEase filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the State of California, to resolve a contractual dispute over KRAFTON's "PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS" and NetEase's "Knives Out." After the court issued its Amended Final Statement of Decision, the parties settled amicably.
