The "League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) Round 1, Week 4" match between T1 and OK SavingsBank BRION took place on April 27th at LoL Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul, hosted by Riot Games. The two teams went head-to-head in a fierce battle, with OK SavingsBank BRION ultimately winning the series 3-0.

T1 unfortunately lost their initiative in the 1st and 3rd sets, after facing a tough match. Although there were chances for them to make a comeback, the gap created early on couldn't be closed. As a result, T1 was unable to secure a victory and suffered their 4th loss of the season, conceding the 3rd set to OK SavingsBank BRION.

Q: Please give us a general overview of the BRION match.
Kim Jeong-gyun (Coach): It seems that we need to put more effort into improving overall areas like our tier adjustment, gameplay, and champion composition.
Faker: We really needed to win against BRION, and I’m disappointed that we lost. We will prepare well for our next game.
Q: What was the focus during the preparation for this match?
Kim Jeong-gyun (Coach): We tried to improve the overall gameplay, but that didn’t work out. Since we still have games coming up, we need to improve our gameplay.
Q: What was the most disappointing part of the BRION loss?
Kim Jeong-gyun (Coach): As was mentioned earlier, our gameplay was generally poor. The opposing team performed better overall.
Q: You lost the 1st set. Can you discuss that?
Faker: I think we were lacking in the team fights.

Q: What aspects were disappointing in the 3rd set?
Kim Jeong-gyun (Coach): We couldn’t capitalize on our advantageous position, and the initiative shifted to the opponent. That was disappointing. We need to avoid making such mistakes in the next match.
Faker: We got off to a bad start, and it then became difficult to turn the game around.
Q: You’ll be facing DN FREECS in the final match of Round 1. How do you feel about that?
Kim Jeong-gyun (Coach): We need to improve our overall gameplay, so we’ll work harder to achieve that.
Faker: Our gameplay isn’t good right now, but we’ll prepare well and raise our performance in time for the next game.
