The League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) Round 2, Week 2 match between Dplus KIA and T1 took place on May 10th at LoL Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul, under the organization of Riot Games. T1 claimed a comeback victory in Game 1 and followed that up with a dominant win in Game 2, easily finishing the match.

Q: How do you feel after winning the match against Dplus KIA?
Head Coach Kim Jeong-gyun: I’m glad that we were able to continue our winning streak.
Faker: We’ve had some recent victories against lower-ranked teams, but today’s match was an important one. I’m happy to have won against Dplus KIA.
Q: How was your preparation for the match?
Headcoach Kim Jeong-gyun: The players did well in the game. I’m really grateful for their efforts.
Q: You mentioned that the players weren’t feeling well, is that true?
Faker: Oner and Keria weren’t feeling great, but they were able to stay focused and helped us to play well.
Q: Did they catch a cold?
Faker: After the last match, we all went to my favorite restaurant, and only two of the players ended up feeling unwell. I feel bad about that.
Headcoach Kim Jeong-gyun: If there’s any food that doesn’t suit them, we will make sure to manage it better in the future. I’m thankful that everyone managed to stay focused even though they weren’t feeling well.
Q: You’ve overcome the early-season uncertainty.
Headcoach Kim Jeong-gyun: Our performance is improving, so I’m happy with that result. But we know that we could slip at any time, so we will continue to work hard in order to maintain our good form.
Q: Faker, you’ve reached 5,500 assists.
Faker: Since I’ve been playing for so long, the records naturally accumulate, but I’ll focus on providing better gameplay to repay the fans with more than just records.
Q: Your next match is against BRION, who defeated you in Round 1.
Headcoach Kim Jeong-gyun: Managing the players' condition is our top priority. We’ll study and prepare to deliver a great performance during the remaining matches. We’ll do our best to provide the fans with great gameplay.
