Journey of Monarch Introduces New Mythic-grade Gear

NCSOFT has introduced Mythic-grade equipment to its idle MMORPG, Journey of Monarch, as part of the latest content update.

Mythic gear comes in two types: Regular and Set. Regular gear can be obtained by rolling level 55 or higher Dice, while Set gear becomes available through level 61 or higher Dice, or by using 12-faced Dice from the newly added Mythic Equipment Dungeon. Set gear grants special set bonuses depending on the number of pieces equipped. Mythic accessories can appear with a certain probability when producing at level 22 or higher Region. The Mythic gear can be enchanted using Mythic Equipment Enchant Scroll.

A new Mythic Equipment Dungeon has also been added, where players can defeat bosses and collect materials needed to enhance Mythic gear. Entry requires Mythic Equipment Dungeon Fragments, obtainable through events or dissolving Mythic gear. This dungeon unlocks after clearing Stage 10,000.

The update also introduces the new Legend-grade Magic Doll PicoPico, another winner of the Fan Art Event. Once acquired, PicoPico increases the attack speed of allies, and when deployed in battle, further boosts the Damage Resistance Ignore effect. The development team previously highlighted PicoPico’s fitting concept and visuals during a Channel Journey livestream.
